How to reserve and buy a ticket on MTicket?
To purchase a ticket, you need to log into your account. If you don’t have an account, you can quickly register using your email address. After logging in, select the desired event and click “Buy tickets”.
Reservation validity
- Reservations in the cart are valid for 30 minutes, during which the ticket must be paid for. After expiration, seats are automatically released.
- For pickup at the BISCONCERT box office, the reservation is made online, while payment and ticket collection must be completed within 48 hours at: 152 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd.
- Reservations are not available less than 48 hours before the event.
- In case of Sold Out, all unpaid reservations are automatically canceled.
Payment methods
Tickets on MTicket.md can be paid:
- online by bank card;
- via PAYNET service;
- in cash at the BISCONCERT box office (152 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd.).
Ticket delivery
Ticket delivery is available only for orders above a certain amount and involves an additional fee. Exact delivery conditions may vary depending on the event and can be clarified at +373 79 88 33 22.

Seat changes
Seat changes are available upon customer request under the following conditions:
- if the price is the same, the change can be made by phone at +373 79 88 33 22;
- if there is a price difference, it must be paid at the BISCONCERT box office (152 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd.).
