Terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Mticket.md web site ,  you accept the Terms and Conditions , of  booking, selling, paying and issuing tickets and E-tickets (Electronic Tickets) and Terms of Use.          If you do not agree to these terms and conditions of use, do not access this site. „Mticket.md” represented by „Mticket Group S.R.L“, acts as a ticket Sales Agent for cultural, artistic and entertainment events.  All information and products contained on this site are property of "Mticket Group" S.R.L, which reserves  the right to change any time the content and / or structure of the site  without prior notice.  The entire content of the Mticket.md site is protected by copyright law, all rights being reserved.   It is prohibited  to copy, modify, display, distribute, transmit, publish,  license or use the site content for any other illegal  purposes  without written confirmation from "Mticket Group S.R.L"."Mitcket Group" S.R.L   does not  guarantee  the absence of viruses or any  other components  on site that could harm users and their devices while using it. "Mticket Group" S.R.L is not responsible  for any direct or indirect damages caused by the use of this site.  The information presented on the Mticket.md website is for commercial purposes .

 Terms:

”Customer”  - a person or company   who uses the services of a sales agent. Electronic Ticket, E-Ticket” - a document generated in an  electronic format and sent to the e-mail address of the buyer, which certifies his access to the specified event and contains information about the name, date, time, place , the place dedicated to the customer  at the event (sector number, etc.), the price and additional legal and technical information.

"Ticket" - a document issued on paper, certifying the buyer's access to the specified event and containing information about the name, date, time, place, place dedicated to the customer  at the event (sector number, etc.), cost and additional legal and technical information. The ticket can be picked up at the office  indicated on the site. 

"Reservation" - an order created and placed in standby mode to be paid by customer  in a certain period of time .

"Event" - cultural and entertaining  activity , ex. theater, circus, concert, exhibition, film screening, festival, fashion show, sports event, tour and any other activities.

"Event organizer" – Company  / individual entrepreneur which owns  the right to organize and run  events. 

"Service fee" - remuneration charged in the process of booking, selling and issuing tickets that is inextricably linked to this process. The service fee is applied for each ticket.    The amount of the fee is deducted from the ticket price as a percentage and may vary depending on different conditions and circumstances.1.     

Sale, Reservation, Payment, Issuance of Tickets and"E-Tickets"

   Ticket sales will not be processed  if the customer  does not accept the conditions.      In case of tickets or "E-Tickets" procurement  done   by a company , the payment  is done   via bank transfer only , according to   the Agent's  bank details  provided.    From the moment of adding  the "e-ticket" or ticket into the  basket , the estimated time offered to complete the payment is 30 minutes ,  otherwise the order will be automatically canceled.     In the payment process, the service fee will be charged,  the customer will be notified about this  before paying.    The amount  of  service fee is 3-10% and may vary depending on different conditions and circumstances.

  • The reservation in order to pay and pick up the ticket at the BISCONCERT ticket office can be done  directly on the site.
  • From the moment of booking, the Buyer has 48 hours to pay and pick up the ticket at the BISCONCERT ticket office.
  • Reservations cannot be made 48 hours before the event.
  • Payment by individuals can be made in any of the ways proposed by the Agent, including at the BISCONCERT ticket office .
  • the BISCONCERT ticket office is located in Chisinau on bd. Stephen the Great and Saint 152.

 

2.      Refund terms and conditions

  • Only tickets purchased from the official Mticket.md website are accepted for return.
  • The refund  of the  payments made online can be done only on the card which was used to purchase the ticket.
  • The refund  of the payments made in cash  can be done at the BISCONCERT ticket office.
  • The refund  request must be  sent to [email protected] with   purchased ticketsattached  and   receipt. The refund process starts from the moment of  request receipt and the documents mentioned above and lasts 14 banking days.

 

ATTENTION !!! 5 calendar days or less before the start of the event, Tickets and E-tickets cannot be returned .

  • 100% refund is possible in case of cancellation, modification or change of the date of the event due to various circumstances that directly affect it , including those of justified impediments (force majeure), strikes, acts of protest, decisions of public authorities, disruptions of energy networks and telecommunications, etc. if the customer does not consent to  ticket replacement.
  • The cost of service fees  cannot be refunded.

 

  1. Mticket.MD is not responsible for the loss, damage or multiplication of tickets.
  2. The  customer  is responsible for the security of personal tickets.
  3.  Each ticket contains an unique identification code ( bar-code ) which guarantees a single entry to the mentioned event. 
  4.   It is prohibited  to sell or alienate any ticket purchased from Mticket.md to a third party  in order to obtain financial advantages ( income)  or for promotional and other  purposes.

 

  1.   Holders of such tickets can be banned from the participation at the event or may be evacuated  from  location by Organizer.
  2. The customer   assumes all possible commercial risks associated with errors and inaccuracies in their personal data in the purchase process.
